At NITE Star, a theater in education program, I was the Production Manager, keeping the scripts organized, co-facilitating interactive dialog between the audience and characters at performances and conducting Actor Educator adolescent development & sexuality workshops. I also lead Technical Assistance workshops at Conferences and selected sites to in efforts to duplicate our brand of knowledge based skills in Theatre in Education.

As a Family Life and Sexuality Specialist with Dr. Michael Carrera’s Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program, at The Children’s Aid Society, I instructed weekly sexuality & Family Life workshops and individual counseling.
FROSTD (The Foundation of Sexually Transmitted Diseases – PUMP Program
Head of Video Production
People Using Media to do Prevention Program (PUMP) was based in the Foundation for Research of Sexual Transmitted Diseases (FROST’D), which later aligned-organizationally with Harlem United.
As The Head of Video Production, I trained young people to produce HIV prevention videos targeted to gay men, while exploring some common socio-economic factors which puts this community at risk. My primary duties included recruitment, training, video production and producing weekly series that aired on MNN’s Youth Channel (NYC Public Access TV).
In 2005, I produced and directed a PSA, “What’s Really Real – About Preventing HIV?” that was honored with a Telly Award for media excellence.
